Adrian & Sarah – A Family Festival

Adrian and Sarah met at the Cork X southwest music festival several years ago. When they were planning the day music was definitely a theme. What a fab wedding invite \ All Day Pass to their Wedding Day. They did a sound check \ engagement shoot with us earlier. So they were all set up for the big day. I would super recommend an engagement shoot as a couple or as a couple with a family so that we can all get to know each other so we are all singing in harmony on the day. Adrian had Adam with him in the morning. So being a groom and a Dad there always has to be time for the Mr Men stories. Meanwhile Sarah was enjoying bride time with her groupies.
Getting to the church was a bit of a challenge with heavy roadworks on the way to Carrigaline but luckily we were in the good hands of Billy from East Cork Wedding Cars – a true gent as always.
Sarah looked absolutely fabulous walking up the aisle only to be upstaged by her gorgeous little man Adam who stole the show. Fr Pat Fogarty was a brilliant celebrant involving everyone in the ceremony especially Sophie and Adam. The music theme continued with Sarah’s brother Shane doing a beautiful version of “When a man loves a woman” on the guitar (the Michael Bolton version – apparently!) to a huge round of applause.
On to Charlesfort, Kinsale for beautiful pictures. 1 – 0 to us as we beat the rain back to the hotel so no “Singing in the rain” pictures this time. To MacDonalds Kinsale for a wonderful reception from Don and all the staff.
After performing so well during the morning and ceremony Adam took a well earned rest. So being a wedding photographer you have to be prepared to be ready when your little people are, so we caught this gorgeous family pic in the room when the guests were called into the meal.
Thanks a million to Sarah and Adrian, I hope this is one concert that keeps on rocking!
